Prevent Child Abuse America is a foundation whose mission is to spread the awareness of child abuse and create healthy home environments by providing resources and education to families across the United States. Through our fundraising events called Shamrock we are able to support not just Prevent Child Abuse America but our local foundation Positive Childhood Alliance North Carolina!

Kappa Delta LOVES the Girl Scouts of the USA!! We instill confidence in young girls by helping them sell their cookies and hosting events with them at our Chapter house. Watching these girls grow and become more confidence in themselves is so special and the main reason why we do what we do!

Confidence Coalition

While the confidence coalition is not one of our national philanthropies, we believe it is the glue that holds our chapter and community together. Through our fundraising we are able to instill confidence into families to seek the education and resources they need to create a healthy and happy household. We foster a space for young girls in the Girls Scouts to grow their confidence through our cookie sale events and establishing meaningful friendships. Confidence Week is our favorite way to instill confidence into our UNCC community by passing out confidence flowers, putting up positive affirmations around campus, and more!
